In today's episode we continue our four part series on identifying DISC styles. This episode looks at body language. When combined with information from Episode 34, you're starting to get some tools in the DISC tool belt.  Some samples are:

D's: Big gestures, focused eye contact

I's: Expressive, regular use of hand movement

S's: Warm and subtle gestures that reassure

C's: Inquisitive glances, thinking posture
